Staying in Harrington Trail has been a pleasant experience. I was greeted by the staff with a warm welcome. All of my neighbors are so friendly. The homes are amazing and a breath of fresh air. The maintenance teams handles all of my concerns professionally with a sense of urgency! I'm so glad I moved to this community!

We moved to this neighborhood from downtown Greenville in January. Ashley was very helpful with the application/move in process and quickly answered/responded to all questions. She was a pleasure to work with! Maintenance requests have been addressed quickly. Seth has been very helpful answering questions and making sure all concerns have been addressed. I would definitely recommend this neighborhood!

We enjoy living in Harrignton! We moved here a few months ago and we have adjusted well, the community is very calm and family friendly. The park and pool is a plus. The process to rent was easy and had fast communication, also very friendly staff.

We are only here 9 days so far. We love the home. The staff has been awesome. Ashley really helped us with the application process, as we had a little difficulty with it. We are so looking forward to the pool this summer. I have heard many good things from our neighbors about how friendly people on the community are. We are hoping to be able to call Harrington Trails home for a long time. Come visit the available homes.

Since Quinn has taken over in terms of property management, there has been a better rate and quality of response when it comes to maintaining homes, the pool and communal areas, and the neighborhood itself. A safe, quiet place to live. We have been here for 3 years and have enjoyed our time here!
